By accessing and using Milo (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Milo is an AI-powered Instagram growth strategist that provides content strategy, guidance, and recommendations based on the Seven Signal Surfaces™ framework. The Service is provided "as is" and EchoYou, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Beta subscribers will maintain their locked-in pricing for life. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOYOU, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
